Aroma: Süße Blaubeermarmelade mit Vanillesauce werden von schwerem Torfrauch getragen. Würzige, angekokelte Eiche taucht dahinter auf.

Geschmack: Süße Rauchigkeit. In karamellisiertem Räucherspeck umwickelte Birnen treten langsam in den Vordergrund, nach und nach kommen dunkle Beerennoten mit Zartbitterschokolade dazu.

Nachklang: Langanhaltend, süß und rauchig. Gerösteter Pfeffer und schwarze Johannisbeeren bleiben in Asche zurück.
